SBY Dituding Sebagai Penyebab Kekisruhan KPK Vs Polri

Jakarta - Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) dinilai menjadi biang keladi kekisruhan antar lembaga hukum yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia. Statement SBY yang melarang KPK menjadi lembaga super bodi adalah titik awal pelemahan KPK.

"Ini semua gara-gara SBY ngomong di Kompas supaya tidak boleh ada lembaga superbodi seperti KPK," kata Sosiolog UI Thamrin Amal Tamagola.

Hal ini disampaikan Amal dalam dialog bertajuk 'Reformasi Politik dan Hukum: Refleksi Atas Wacana Peoples Power' di Gedung DPD, Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat (6/11/2009).

Menurut Amal, pernyataan SBY membangkitkan semangat Polri dan Kejagung untuk melemahkan KPK. Dinilainya kedua lembaga ini sudah mengincar KPK sejak lama.

"Itu yang menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri Polri dan Kejaksaan yang sudah lama diam kemudian ingin membonsai KPK," keluh Amal.

Menurut Amal, sebagai Presiden seharusnya SBY lebih bijaksana. Bagaimanapun juga Presiden akan sangat mempengaruhi opini masyarakat.

"Ini karena pernyataan gegabah dari Pak SBY. Sebenarnya sebagai intelektual begitu anda menjadi Presiden anda harus kontekstual," tandasnya.

The importance of information for activities Agrobisnis

National economic development in the 21st century will still be based on agriculture. Agribusiness activities will grow and become one of the superior (a leading sector) national economic development in various aspects. To maximize the development of agribusiness in the security sector into the economy, information management in the sector must be addressed.

Although the agricultural sector will become a mainstay in the decades ahead, the farmers are still disadvantaged. Basically, the word Ukun, information on the agricultural sector can be divided into two major groups, namely technical information and business information.

Technical information concerning how to plant farming, from analysis of the land, seeding method, maintenance of plants in the planting, fertilization, plant protection from diseases, post-production until harvest. Meanwhile, business information, from the capital, demand and supply seeds, materials, tools, including aspects of the market, and consumers.

Seeing so many aspects of the information on the agriculture sector, India need an information network that supports the agricultural sector. "Network of this information must be integrated and accurate and involving actors in the agricultural sector, such as government, experts, or by, means of agricultural producers, cooperatives, capitalist, entrepreneurs, distributors and farmers themselves," he said.

Dicontohkannya, in resistant pratanam, farmers need information about the very quality of the land, commodities, options, weather and climate, capital, seeds, tools, and others. While in the post-harvest stage, farmers need information on transportation, the market price, warehouse, factory, and valuable garbage (waste that is considered valuable by the farmers was high in a particular market).
